Magnificence,
Boldly tempting,
Enough to invite selfishness as it may.

Punishing by will, built sturdy for burdening,
But she be my mercy, for her I am brittle.

But she be my mass distraction, For her I am defeated.

Cursed by inevitable desire since an Eden sin,
Her beauty,
Her magnificence,
Is boldly tempting, so tempting.
For I am Man,
Forever inferior to my Eve.
