Betrayal

As I turn my head to what seems like.
A decaying clock.
It's too late. Time is up.
Where is the other woman.
Trying to get up. I slip.
A puddle on the floor.
Armed men at my door.
Where is my husband.
Where is the gorgeous woman.
She's must be gone!
Together we will be for all eternity.
Through the window I see his deep set eyes.
He's not alone. There's armed men marching behind him.
What do they want? Are they harassing my lover?
Down goes the door.
Each thump and every step they take mimics my heart beat.
He points to me.
He has come to rescue me.
Metal bracelets around my wrists.
The armed men guiding me to my exit.
"This is insane" I say. "You mam are insane" the evil men answered.
Who did this bloody mess!
The audacity of this woman in my home, laying in a pool of blood.
I tell the aggressive men to take me away from this horrific scene.
They agree.
