Big Blue Deep

Cast your sail and set off to sea...
find yourself in the big blue deep.
Put yourself on a small dark ship...
get ready for your lonely trip.

The sun it sets as your feelings hide...
just you alone and the high tide.
Night time swallows, vision goes black...
just moving forward, no turning back.

A plane it passes, but it doesn't see...
how lonely you and your ship can be.
Thoughts creep in, can't seem to think....
Water fills your ship, it sinks.

You cast your sail and set off to see...
If you could conquer the might sea.
It swallowed you whole, and left you to sleep...
On the floor...
Of the big blue deep.
