By I.R.

Sweet and savory,
like honey and tea.

You bring me laughter,
and I fall to my knees.

I know not of the danger,
to be so kind.

For I can not see,
any evil in your mind.

Our eyes light up when we find one another,
but then again,
I've only seen you as a lover.

You fill my mind with dreams of treats,
filled with the love that you will forever bring.

Or so I was told,
you lied to me with a grin on your face.

I know now of the evil that lurked,
behind your eyes,
and hidden with a smirk.
