Black Lines

Screensaver endless lines,
a grid
Old cartoon, colorless black
Math born as puzzles
as symbols still fade
INT(no F)J(P) - #4/2
Someone reaches in
shimmery black-purple pools
and pulls out a dress,
a dark made of stars
I love purple, stars less
But I, when I reach,
just fall -
headfirst -
tripping over my own
black lines
