Blessings

Have you ever been hurt deep down in your soul,
when you asked God to please take you home?
This pain was too much to bear.
God's grace was clearly not there.
As I looked around and asked God why me!
He said, "Daughter, I bestowed blessings; why can't you see?
I blessed you with fear so you would understand.
I blessed you with famine so you would feed your fellow man.
I blessed you with sadness so you would truly understand joy.
Now, daughter, through all I was there.
I got you, don't worry, believe, and do not fear.
I never lied to you, my daughter.
This you can be clear."
