Blinded

You are the one I trust;
You are the only part
Of my life that I must
Conceal in baffled heart.

You're the head of my guards;
Knows how I take forwards,
And how I arrange cards,
And play it afterwards.

A day left and passed by,
Looking for you nearby;
All I found was a lie,
With my mind asking why.

And now left drown with blood;
Fought for all with the rod;
Without shield I'm nothing,
But braveness didn't bother that thing.

Why did you desert me?
Do I have to give pea,
Or swim under the sea,
Or drink a poisoned tea?

All of those there are lessons;
We have our own pons,
Free to help other kind,
But that wouldn't, if we find.
