Blindness

Set aflame a bleeding heart
Sorrow seems all that i know
At once
I become a shadow of myself
Your action piercing my flesh
How could you
For did I deserve such misery
Was my selfishness enough
To warrant this death sentence
Left out in the cold
As you have done the worst
Rock bottom is where I lay
With no ambition to rise from the depths
The depths of this hell in which you cast my soul
Throwing your stones as finally one struck
You succeed in breaking me down
A fool to everybody around
They point and laugh at my blindness.
