Bloody Eyes

She was a bloody sight as her eyes
bled deep in the knife of her lies.
Winter's coming.
Skinny waists and broken dreams.
Oh darling, you'll
be okay? Because
isn't winter coming?
Starving veins and bloody dreams.
Winter's coming.
And I won't
stop.
Until the sun shines
brightly on my frail bones.
And they tell me I can run into the unalienable water.
But winter is coming.
Brick walls and burning lights.
Treadmills and extreme heights.
Crying during long nights.
Winter's coming. Hold
on.
She was a bloody sight as her eyes
bled deep in the knife of her lies.
Her heart beats one by one.
As she thinks she's running by the sun.
Beat, beat, beat, beat, beat, beat,
beat. Her bloody eyes shine too bright.
Goodnight, my child. Winter is here, your
bones will die in the sunlight.
