Blue Eyes And The Light

Blue eyes tell me what you really see
I want to know everything.
How the sky moves
And how the ground trembles in your step.
No more lies
Tell me how you see her in all her beauty
How her eyes shine when you whisper
All the little things you love about her.
And her smile.
Oh the smile you see that lights you up.
She is light in your eyes.
Blinding beauty, but ever so soft.
Tell me how it's different
From the nights you spent
With he girl before her
How instead of light, it was dark.
So many secrets, you got lost
In her words, in her heart.
She wasn't an angel but a goddess.
A goddess of deep kisses and nights alone
But you prayed for more.
She was the night you got lost in
And you loved it.
But she disappeared.
Blue eyes tell me how you like the light.
