Brainstorm

A brilliant blue paints the sky
Birds of purple soaring by
Clouds of white caress the sun
Dulling to gray one by one
Eerie howls of whipping wind
Ferocious, booming, thunder begins
Gargantuan hailstones turn orange and red
Hot flaming bullets from overhead
Incessant blasts of ice blue air
Jolt, and whip, and hurl, and tear
Kaleidoscopic bursts of hues
Lightning flashes, pinks and blues
Mountains of water come crashing down
Nothing do they fail to drown
Oodles of Chroma zip left and right
Pulsating, glowing, and then taking flight
Quakes proceed to shake the ground
Rattling, ripping, the racket resounds
Sending a signal throughout the space,
Tearing through doubt, through restraint misplaced
Unchaining manacles, releasing thought
Vibrancy prevails, discouragement rots
Whirling winds gradually cease
X-ing out confusion, once obese
Yet as my brainstorm comes to an end
Zestful blues line the sky once again
