Cold air,
Rushing through my lungs
Hot air,
Sluggishly moving along.

Humid air,
Clinging to my skin.
Dry air,
The atmosphere around me thins.

Closed doors,
Oxygen slowly fades.
Blocked windows,
Stuck here for days.

I wish,
and pray that I could leave.
I live for air,
And yet I can not breathe.
