Breathe

I feel my lungs fill with air
It's my own type of prayer
Throughout my spiritual journey
I make my body a place to feel worthy
I close my eyes and everything disappears
And his yelling stops reaching my ears
As I sit inside this new persona
I feel as if I'm in a coma
Once I'm done with this meditation
I no longer fear my habitation
My heavy eyes begin open
I am now ready to take on this ill omen
