Brothers of the Blade

I am my brother's keeper,
No matter how much we change,
For I am the shield that protects his back
From all attacks and pain

Through the eye of the dragon,
Moments are forged through time,
As we fall from grace,
Within the mist of the dragons' breath

Pain, love, and evil shall never force us apart,
Through gratitude we are humbled,
For our bond is strengthened in stone,
So we fight and forge our way on

Women come and they shall pass,
Like the bite of winter's cold grasp,
For you, I stay and give my arm,
Through the deepest hell we find our way,

For you and I are brothers of the blade.
