Brutally Frank

I have a confession to make.
For not the mistakes I made.
But for the lies and promises made.
The woman in the mirror mocks me,
but I have a confession to make.

She has hairs sprouting thick and thin.
Her nudity is nothing but unsightly ugliness.
Boys and men pinch her hairs one by one.
She writhes in pain and shame.
"Took you for a man", said the manliest.

"I promise you", said the woman
"you will look like a woman, but must
You bear pain like one". And so hot wax
was poured mercilessly on her manly body.
Screaming and twitching in pain her hairs
pulled out.

"What a beautiful woman!" said they.
"Only if you were thinner".
