But for a moment in time…

Oh look they’re dancing...what a show,
The wind’s job blowing to and fro...
With dipping, diving, fluted spines,
Just watching makes the day divine.

For all too soon they’ll disappear...
And one cool day I’ll look and sneer,
For when they gone we’ll surely know...
It won’t be long...leaves gone, comes snow.

And then begins the winters snarl,
And watching every day’s tomorrow...
Hoping for springs soothing sun,
Which surely says...the winters done.

Beyond the spring we look and long...
The beckoning, heavenly warbler’s song,
Declaring summer’s on the way,
Before you know, we greet that day.

So round and round this scene repeats...
The sun, the wind, the leaves...birds tweets,
It’s what we love...we see...we do...
Our circle of life, once more renewed.
