Butterfly or Eskimo kiss

To do a butterfly kiss
Let me lay the base
You must first turn Face to Face
Then you got to look them in the eyes,
But stare don't blink,
Then you put your eyes together and
Wink, Wink, Wink....
But if there eye is even a little bit pink
And it's oozing out something that really does stink..
Then I would Eskimo, Eskimo
Instead I think...
Everyone knows
You must close your eyes
stand on your toes
And bump your nose
Turn side to side
But not too wide
Three is plenty, four if you wish
And that's how you do the Eskimo kiss.

This was a fun poem to write and it's one of my poems I like to read again and again. Wrote in memory of my grandmother.

Poetry is becoming more popular these days because of the visuals that bring the words to life. I’m a commission-based artist, and I’d love to turn your poem into beautiful visual artwork that captures its emotions and story. I believe your poem could look amazing as a visual piece!
