Caged Birds

These acts upon the caged birds are never-ending
We’re all in denial
It’s all cool until your loved one is on trial
And this is a world
Where everyone isn’t afraid to be homicidal
The whole truth is sugar-coated
But no one noticed
The caged birds were shot
Until it was promoted
These caged birds just want to be free
But in all actuality, we could never be
Their minds will only see us stereotypically
Caged birds are always at the lowest degree
Even if we attend a university
And received the highest prestige
But one day we will be truly free
We will flee to a tall big tree across the sea
And we will live in peace for all eternity.
