I smiled at the sight of a glittering face,
But you now pretend.
I hoped for love and long term solace,
But you are not a friend.
I do not mind;
If you bend my heart and twist my soul,
If you mend thy part and risk my whole,
If you are too blind to see my broken hope,
If you are not mine to be but a loosen rope,
If the ground opent its mouth,
If you think I can not do without.
I just do not mind;
If you are lost in the middle of my rhymes,
I can not say sorry, for my intentions towards you were sublime.
