Caving In

Th world is invasive.
The wind blows aggressively at our bodies
As if it wants to take us over.
Man is invasive.
He pursues the female
As if she is a piece of meat.
Is this instinct?
Man once had to hunt
But the prey is still unreceptive.
Woman is invasive.
She requests information,
She desires attention.
Could you blame her?
Since existence she has faced oppression.
Child is invasive.
Crying, screaming, demanding
What it is that we need to survive.
Takes without giving.
We are not all like this.
We are all like this.
Humans were born with greed
We are invasive.
Entered the world,
Overtook the land that we constantly mistreat.
Always destroying with every breath.
We did not choose to enter this world
But we chose to destroy.
Is destruction instinct?
Or are we all too self consumed.
