Chaos and Peace

The space between my eyes marks the wisdom of my mind.
The height of my ears above the ground
shows the growth of my years I have found.
As my watch face changes,
it is said a man's life book turns its pages.
But underneath Stella I lay my head
and stare at its brothers and sisters in the night sky.
Luna illuminates layers of the lashing seas
and the suns great rays rain down on racing soles,
running to the open door that lies at the end of the time line.
Forever the path stretches and the door slides back,
fading in and out of view.
All of life is just a jumble of set-ups.
It's time races and obstacles are embraced.
Chaos and peace interchange through everyday experiences.
