Cherishing the rain

Lying supine in one corner o'th room
She peered through the window
Look! Something's falling from the sky
She murmered '
Five steps forward she moved
Took hold of a drop of what was falling of the sky
Smiled and said, a pearl it is
No, it isn't she added
Something even more precious than it
Looked again and cried out louder
A symbol of joy it is
Yes, yes a symbol of joy it is she said
Two complete rounds she took
Closed her eyes and a little she shook
Finding peace in the silence she said ,
Tippppppppp and Tappppppp
Oh! How Mesmerising is that
You know what , her heart didn't beat lupp and dup
But it did , tipppppppp and Tappppppp
Who was she?
A pluviophile, yes a pluviophile
