Christmas

All the children have sent their very long list
The couples under mistletoe have already kissed

Now it is time for Santa to come
We have laid out cookies and milk and a very nice sum

Of carrots for his reindeer that he calls out by name
We wake up the next morning and realize that Santa came

We see under our tree presents galore
We thank our aunts and uncles, cousins and more

We eat turkey and stuffing for dinner that night
Then, we lay down in bed and turn off our light

We all enjoyed Christmas we loved it a lot
It is clear Santa's real just as we'd thought
