Christmas Knocks on Your Heart

Christmas knocks on your heart
Open the door for the familiar guests
Cyrus; God’s shepherd
Upon Haggai and Zechariah's prophecy
YOU! Raise up God’s mercy!
Certainly, God will hold your right hand
Hosea; Plant the flame of God!
Rescue with the godly rain of understanding!
Beware of mundane deflation!
Pray for the salvation of your dry land!
Rachel; Don’t be ashamed of unreal reproach
God hears your prayer
And gives you another sign
At the deep surface of your stony sand
Isaiah; Don’t be nasty in rationality and feeling
Don’t bring vain offerings
Don’t make your soul malicious
Under the tree of holy wisdom, stand!
Samuel, Thomas, and Moses;
Abraham; Obey God to be perfect in humanity,
And the father of mercy,
The father of nations
You will the entire history, command
Now your heart is a brilliant holy land
