Cliches are used every single day,
In all the ways they can be.

Cliches are something that can’t be replaced,
And are used in every situation.

Cliches are such as:
“Roses are red,
Violets are blue.”
But those are so truly overused.

“Happily ever after,”
A phrase that is no longer true.

“Read between the lines,”
Another one frequently used,
Everyone uses it,
But nobody can see it through.

Cliches are so overused,
And here is something I have found true,
Cliches may be overused,
But they are good to use.

“Roses are red,
Violets are blue.”

Well here is my cliche for you:

The roses are wilting,
The violets are dead,
My world is crumbling,
With the demons in my head.
