Colossus

My eyes swing, swift forth mysterious
To the cantor that you send me
And if it were for no other
The sweetness that you bring me

On demons' ears and angels' wings
I do forever hark
But satisfaction of my love
Will never that you'll mark

I guess it be through window sight
I give you all I can
And in the wind of nature's call
Forever will I bend

Go now go here and say I said
The things you could not say
For is it really what you scoff
That kept our love at bay

No matter wind or rain or snow
These weathers I do take jest
If you can't muster a tiny sliver
I'll say it was for the best
