Confused

I try to understand, I really, truly do
I try to follow along, I do what they say to
I see so many exceptions, so many different ways
Answers fly, refusing to come down, my mind weighed down so heavy, it can't get off the ground
The confusion of what you say matters, so different than what I see
The confusion of what it's saying, what I'm not understanding
I can't put it together fast enough, and honestly, I do try
But the minute I start to understand, I become more confused
I don't understand, I could just break down and cry
Why? Why? Why? Again, I ask why? And no solid answer for these cries
I live without my answers and watch as the questions pile up
I want to get mad, get upset, and take the answers I want
But, I'd get in trouble with my answers
Questions unanswered, only to become confused
It goes on, and it doesn't matter
Its all because I can't understand you
