Conjured chains

These are reflections of a broken mind.
Conjured chains and ties that bind.
Dreams forgotten and left behind.

Every moment past is one less breath.
So while walking in valleys shadowed in death.
Remember that to love is to pass the test.

I've seen hearts bleed and I've seen them break.
Some give freely and others take.
Some even live only to hate.

So remember these fragments of a broken mind.
And break the chains and ties that bind.
By living the dreams they left behind.
