Consume Me.

Consume Me
The futile call claws at me,
ears flutter open to temptation-
It's whisper so seductive,
But in truth a desperate scream.
It's draw is so convincing,
"let me blind you with my gleam"

I wish to wilt and weaken,
Let my body limp and sway,
But now when I hear the calling,
Reality pulls me hard away.
