COVID 19

COVID 19,
No one foreseen,
Rose like a tsunami,
Drowning you and me.

As the fallen leaves,
The wave takes the lives;
Amid the painful sighs,
And the mournful cries.

Man with powers, superior,
Ill-treats the creatures, inferior
To sate his wolfish hunger,
Being similar to a vulture.

When nature retaliates,
No favors to tribes,
You cannot give bribes,
No power’s salutes.

If you are callous,
As well as careless,
No one has the power
To save you from danger.
