All the worlds countries restrained to their borders

Face masks adorned an everyday occurrence

Contracting this virus there is no assurance

A catastrophic epidemic never seen before

Millions of disbelievers until it reaches their front door

Department of education closing schools and dorms

Remote learning becoming our new norm

A plethora of emotions filling the air

Many taking to the streets in such despair

Our future is uncertain this is for sure

A vaccine in the future will aid in the cure

Stay close to your loved one’s family and friends

We will need their love and support until this all ends

Whatever happens next, we are in this together

A time in our lives we will remember forever
