I crave for a love that
flows through my skin.
With waves that consume
where my heart should
have been.
Dangerous seas
crashed between
my rib cage.
Weakened knees.
Smooth sailing is all
I ever ask for.
Nothing more.
If I sink with this ship
I hope your compass
finds me.
Guiding me to where
your lips and
your arms should be.

Only time will tell,
sailing on a giant
wishing well.
