Crystal Silouettes

Against the rage the tranquil sleep
Behind the screams a silent awe
Yet upon the earth our shadows break
A crystal silouette

Within the fire an ember cools
Above the storm a simple calm
Yet upon the earth our shadows break
A crystal silouette

Inside the weak a ton of steel
Beneath the shale a rush of life
Yet upon the earth our shadows break
A crystal silouette

Beyond the pain white velvet feilds
Lured from space a weightless star
Yet upon the earth our shadows break
A crystal silouette

To slow its surge a timeess clock
then to hold a chin of stringless beads
To find on earth its shadows whole
A crystal silouette
