Dad, dad, dad. Oh, please don't be so sad.

Your minds eye you can see, a different world than me.

I see confusion on your face
and wonder how your in such a terrible place.

I cry buckets of tears when I wake up at night,
lie there and wonder if you are alright.

Soon I know that you will leave,
to be with your family and I left to grieve.

But, one day father you'll be there with me
and we will run through the pastures where horses run free.

Life is so unfair, I will always care dad.
