Daddy

Missing you is the worst pain I ever felt.
When you walked out that door I should have known
our love was going to be left.
Reminiscing back to that day.
Thinking about it I question God and ask"why?"
They say the good ones die young way
before their lives begun.
I should have known the last I love you
was going to be the last one,
until i came to heaven with you.
You taught me a lot,
now i thank you a lot.
As i look up to the sky i smile,
and i remember I only do this for you.
I lost my daddy at the age of 8.
Now,
I have a lot to say.
Without you i've noticed,
i've made mistakes.
But at the end of the dat,
my life is still great.
Its no more sitting in the back of the classroom,
crying for you.
Now,
i sit in the front and I smile for you.
