Dance with the inevitable


I fear becoming a man I thought I'd always look up to,
I fear my perception being altered by depression,
Eating me alive, watch my world fade to black,
Surrounded by love becoming numb to the feeling....
I shall not succumb...
Always overcome...
Everytime I feel numb I shall take a step back,
And view the big picture because...
Ugliness is only in certain areas of it,
Seeked out only as means of validating a struggle,
Its relivence...
A byproduct of myself...
