as cotyledon hauls up to the ether
blooming into flowers beneath her
the petal veils up into covering
petrified of the silent curse hovering
yet the achene turns down the floret
ascending to the heavens before it
so the howling gales transpire
blowing away the puffballs higher
but the pappus dissipates over earth
causing more dandelions birth
as nature keeps up with the round
what's gone will come back around
