Sometimes quiet
Sometimes full of noise
Creatures slither, animals crawl
Some get into brawls
Absence of light
Absence of might
Hideous demons run the night
No comfort in sight
No joyness to absorb
Murkiness inside the orb
In the dark, emotions astray
Some collapse
Others simply fade away
