Daughter of bipolar

When I see you it’s different, you’ve changed.
You don’t understand up from down and right from wrong.
Seeing you laugh should make me happy but your smile and laugh is not happiness its madness And another manic episode.
I know you can’t choose this or wish it away but your not okay.
Today I see another person that’s not here to stay and wants to run away
No matter how much I help you, you can only help yourself
This madness makes you selfish and act like a card.
I try to not hold a grudge against you, but you make life hard.
The things you say and do are not forgotten
These memories are rotten
How can I forget?
I can only forgive and one day hopefully forgotten
