Davine Purpose (I Fell Into You)

Paths that crisscross and come together again have Davine purpose,
They bend and curve and intertwine the destinies they touch
Changing the future or tripping the present
I was tripped, but as I descended
I fell into you
Like the autumn leaves that fall into watery puddles,
The aftermath of a stormy night
I fell into you
Unannounced,
But crashing softly upon you,
Like the waves that lick the sand at low tide
I fell into you,
Unexpectedly,
But then unabashedly,
Because I knew
You’d catch me.
