Dear Confusing Judaism

Dear confusing Judaism,
With your lies you make me scream and cry
You're in my mind and i go blind
You judge, scowl, stare
You poisoned me with every touch
I feel as though i'm not enough
I hate myself and i hate you
But you are me and i am you
How do I tell myself that I am a fool
When i don't know what to do
You crush my emotions and scare me for life
But maybe your scared to be alright
I wish i could just get rid of you
But i cannot because you are me and i am you
I know you have tried to hide
From the dark places inside
The chains that hold us together have become loose
Is that okay with you
If you are me and i am you
