Dear Mom-in-Law

Wow, where do I even begin?
To express my deepest gratitude,
And to thank you for being my best friend.

You have taught me so much about life,
To be at peace, to love, to laugh,
And to demonstrate unity without strife.

Love, compassion, and resilience are qualities you exude,
With a dash of patience and a pinch of kindness;
This creates the perfect recipe for a positive attitude.

Thank you, for possessing the most giving heart,
Being a provider and supporter,
And living by the morals you impart

Your life story is my motivation,
It has taught me that hard work, discipline, and perseverance,
Are qualities worthy of veneration.

Mom, "thank you" doesn't sufficiently express how I deeply feel,
But I wanted to let you know how much you're needed and loved,
And how my admiration for you cannot be concealed.

I love you.
