Death’s Sorrow

There is a man who lurks into the night
He wishes his soul could be like the sea
He wants so badly to walk in the light
At last a place where this man can be free

This man, he wants his mind to sing loud
But he is lost without his loved one
He has no one to make him feel so proud
The poor man can't even look to the sun

He wishes that his wife could hold him near
If only for a day she could be there
He just really needs her to be here
Or maybe he just needs someone to care

But he will hold on deeply to his pride
Although this man is dying deep inside
