Why believe our pictures will last?
Our foundation even depletes,
At the feet of our waters as shores blast,
Where the withering of rocks is complete

Soon greetings turn to farewells
As I look through the glass,
We move on, we live well
As we dodge paths, we forget and let life pass

But I'll remember this bond decay
It's a shame to watch the picture fade away
