Dim the Lights

By Jaylife    Jaylife

Dim the Lights
I'm ready to sleep
Enough of these fights
We've let the truth slip
By us in this dark cold
In shadows we lay hold.

Dim the lights
I'm cold to the touch
Spare me the sight
Your blazing black torch
Your mountain is too high
Many valleys are right here

Dim the lights
The Angels are now here
Swift in their flights
We've nothing to fear
Off those mourning tear
Morning above is very near

Dim the Lights
Its blood you stepped on
This battlefield sight
Cannot be undone
Away with those lights
And come let's slip off.
