Definitions of Peace

Peace is the eye of a hurricane
The stillness after the turbulent event,
It is the gentle gurgle of a stream
Or the light sway of a hammock

For some, it's a mind full of nothing
A blank to-do list,
Or even a house full of cleanliness
Rid of screaming children and their habits

Even a signed paper by nuclear pyromaniacs
Not having to sit at certain place on the bus
Seeing a relief worker after a world turned to shreds
Or as simple as having enough to fill a stomach
