Demon’s Heart

There was a girl who wrote in smiles,
In words and acts of good deeds.
She didn't expect anything from anyone.
She was the girl who had no greed.

But not everyone was like her,
She was the weird one, the odd one out,
And it's because that she was different,
That they began to shout.

They told her how she should be,
They took away all her love.
They broke her heart and her wings,
Telling her she shouldn't stay above.

And now they talk about her,
As if she was a work of art.
Tell me, who made her into a monster,
Who truly has the demon's heart?
