Depression
It's cold outside,
The air is thick and moist,
I can barely breathe,
I'm so cold,
If someone touches me I will shatter,
I take a deep breath and take a step in the glacier water,
I hear you calling my name,
I take a few more steps to the deep side of the water,
I hear you calling my name again closer this time,
I'm almost there,
I turn around,
I see you on land,
You're yelling out my name,
Telling me not to do it,
I wave,
I finally take the last step,
I feel myself sinking to the bottom,
Finally feeling free from everything.
The air is thick and moist,
I can barely breathe,
I'm so cold,
If someone touches me I will shatter,
I take a deep breath and take a step in the glacier water,
I hear you calling my name,
I take a few more steps to the deep side of the water,
I hear you calling my name again closer this time,
I'm almost there,
I turn around,
I see you on land,
You're yelling out my name,
Telling me not to do it,
I wave,
I finally take the last step,
I feel myself sinking to the bottom,
Finally feeling free from everything.
