A radiant light
Passed by
But she had a face
She had a smile

Illuminessence distorts
The walls and doors
Of the hall
She walks in for hours

Without the glow
This home is just empty woe
No light or color,
A place for darkness to grow

Flickering back into life
Like a candle or a light
First to black
Then to white
