Depths

He’ll find a young Woman
Painting on the other side of the mountain
Trying to catch the silhouette
Without Life’s distractions
Oh, Lover boy, do you have to let it linger?
Don’t you know Life is an adventure?
The Full Moon speaks through her
She paints the moaning face of Man
And the Easter bunny in crisscross applesauce position
It’s all about how you look at it
She whispers over the mountain
The Lover boy stops dead in his tracks
He hears Love coming from somewhere
Is it nearby?
He doesn’t know,
But he follows the sounds of Love anyway
He’ll find a young Woman
Painting on the other side of the mountain
Waiting for his opinions on Life’s adventures
